To Qualify, Your Business Needs:

• Active Google Business Profile
• At least 5 existing reviews (3.5+ stars)
• At least 20 customers per month
• Service area within 20 miles of your location
• Stay in business (no closures over 14 days)

The guarantee is VOID if you:

• ❌ Don't send review requests to 70% of customers
• ❌ Let your rating drop below 4.0 stars
• ❌ Ignore us for 7+ days
• ❌ Don't approve content on time
• ❌ Block our access to your Google profile
• ❌ Change business info without telling us
• ❌ Get your Google profile suspended
• ❌ Close for more than 2 weeks
• ❌ Post fake reviews or break Google's rules

Bottom line: We do our part, you do yours. This is a partnership.

We use a 9×9 grid system:

• 81 measurement points across your entire service area
• Points are about 2.2 miles apart
• 10-mile radius from your business = 20-mile coverage area
• We track 3 main service keywords (we pick together)

Every week we check:

• How many green circles (top-3 rankings) you have
• How many new reviews you've received
• Whether you're sending review requests (need 70%+)
• Your overall rating (need 4.0+)

You get access to:

• Your live map showing all 81 points
• Weekly progress updates
• Real-time review tracking
• Review request completion rate

Areas we don't count:

• Big lakes or bodies of water
• Areas outside where you actually work
• Empty land with no people
• Mountain ranges or inaccessible terrain

We mark these on your map and adjust your targets accordingly. If 10 of your 81 points are on a lake, we measure the other 71 and adjust expectations.

We adjust targets based on your starting position:

Already Dominating (Over 40 green circles at start):

• Target drops to +8 green circles
• You're already winning most of your market
• Harder to improve when you're already top 3 in 50%+ of your area
• Still need 10+ new reviews

Very Low Start (Under 5 green circles):

• Target increases to +15 green circles
• Lots of room to grow
• We expect bigger jumps
• Still need 10+ new reviews

Standard (5-40 green circles):

• Target is +10 green circles
• Most contractors fall in this range
• Need 10+ new reviews

Review target stays at 10+ regardless - that's controlled by your effort sending requests, not your starting position.

Step 1: You File a Claim (Within 7 days of Day 90)

Step 3: We Send You a Report (2-3 days)

• Shows your final grid (how many greens you gained)
• Shows your review count (how many new reviews)
• Shows your review request rate (did you hit 70%?)
• Shows your response time to us
• Shows everything we did on our end

Step 4: Decision

• ✅ Approved: You did your part, we didn't hit targets → Next 90 days completely free
• ❌ Denied: You didn't do your part → Guarantee doesn't apply, we explain why

Step 5: Appeals (If you disagree)

• Email appeals@revuquest.com within 7 days
• We review with fresh eyes
• Final decision in 3-5 days

You get:

• 90 more days of service at your $2,000/month plan level
• Zero cost during those 90 days ($6,000 in free service)
• All the same services (we don't cut corners or reduce quality)
• Regular weekly tracking and reporting
• Continued work to hit the original targets

After the free 90 days:

• Regular billing resumes at $2,000/month
• You can still cancel anytime (month-to-month, no contract)
• No strings attached
• No "makeup fees" or penalties

What this does NOT mean:

A green circle means you rank in the top 3 positions when someone searches for your services from that specific location on the map.

• We search from 81 different locations across your service area
• We use your main service keywords (example: "plumber near me", "emergency plumber", "plumbing services")
• If you show up in positions #1, #2, or #3 in the Google Maps results → That's a green circle
• If you show up in positions #4-10 → That's a yellow circle (close but not good enough)
• If you're not in top 20 → That's a gray circle (competitor wins)

Week 1: We Set It Up

• We set up your business in or platform so that you can collect reviews easily (email, Q codes, NFC cards (optional fee $10 per card) or SMS)
• Connect to our Google sheets automation for review requests by email.
• Write your custom review request messages
• Train you on the 2-minute process (we make it stupid simple)

Ongoing: You Send Requests (Takes 2 minutes per job)

• After completing a job, you click "Send Review Request"
• Customer gets a message with direct link to leave a review
• System automatically follows up 3 days later if they haven't reviewed
• System automatically follows up again 7 days later
• You're done - system handles the rest

We Track Everything:

• Total review requests you sent
• Your request rate (must maintain 70%+)

You can't fake this:

• If you drop below 70% request rate, we send you a warning
• If you stay below 70%, the guarantee is void

• You serve 100 customers in 90 days
• You send requests to 70 (70% rate) ✓
• 10-20% leave reviews = 7-14 reviews
• You hit 10+ reviews ✓

If you send requests to 70% of customers:

• You WILL get 10+ reviews in 90 days (we guarantee it)
• Industry average conversion is 10-20%
• Our system is optimized to hit the high end
• If you don't hit 10+, next 90 days are free

If you DON'T send requests to 70% of customers:

• The guarantee doesn't apply
• You didn't hold up your end
• Can't guarantee reviews if you don't ask for them

❌ We can't control Google:

• Algorithm changes (rare but happens)
• Profile suspensions (if you break rules)
• Map changes or updates
