Here is what you can expect
1- Log In Credentials – shortly you will receive an email with the subject line “You have been invited to join Review Request” Your login credentials will be in the email. The email reads like this:
Your Company Name you have just been added by Ray as user to use Review Request Platform with the following businesses: Your Company Name.
You can login from here https://app.revuquest.com with the following credentials:
email: email you used to sign up with
password: temporary password
You will be able to change your password within your account.
2 – Use your credentials to log in to the platform. Once logged in, please change your temporary password by clicking Account in the left menu. Save your new password in a save place.
Follow our getting started tutorials to connect your review sources.
Once you’ve connected at least one review source (we suggest your Google Business Profile and/or Facebook), we’ll start customizing the platform just for your business, so you can get started requesting and replying to reviews.
